We had a family dinner today with our kids and the food was AMAZING. 5 stars plus for the food. But 4 stars in general as we had to wait a while for our food to come in (around 50 mins) which was too much. But when food arrived it was worth it.

Went for my 30th birthday and had a good time. The ambiance was lively but I found it difficult to engage in a conversation due to the level of the noise.
The food was good, although my vegetables would have been more enjoyable warmer as they were not as warm as my steak. My husband thoroughly enjoyed his salmon.
We substituted extra vegetables for our potato/rice sides and appreciated that there was no upcharge for this. Portions were great with lots of vegetables.
I understand what other reviewers mean when they said that the food comes stacked on top of eachother making it difficult to cut the steak without veggies falling off the plate.
Our server was also very attentive and checked in frequently.
The one downside, is the state of the washrooms. Felt like a nightclub washroom that could have been better maintained.
Overall, given the location, we were happy with portion and value for money. 4 star review to reflect the washrooms and loudness, but we will be back when in Blue Mountain in the future!
Awesome experience. This started with the two guys who were the host, they were very polite and accommodating. Our waitress was amazing but sadly I forgot her name. I’ve been to Copper Blues in the past and the experience never seems to disappoint. The staff seem to genuinely care about the experience and it shows in the service.
